Ms. Meredith Wright

This is my 11th year teaching in Conejo Valley Unified School District.  Prior to my career in education, I was a public relations director for 12 years.  My goal as an educator is to create a positive classroom culture that motivates students to become responsible, independent learners.  I graduated from Syracuse University and earned my teaching credential from California State University, Northridge. I am currently working on my Master's Degree in Education - Curriculum & Instruction. On weekends, you may find me on local hiking trails or cheering on NPHS sports.

Mrs. Christina Augustine

Welcome to 4th grade!  I am proud to be a part of the Cypress community as well as a Newbury Park native.  Cypress holds a special place in my heart as it was the school I attended all through my elementary years.  As a product of CVUSD I enjoyed watching my three children graduate from my alma mater, Newbury Park High School.  They are now pursuing degrees and careers in San Diego, Chico, & Boise, Idaho. I live in Newbury Park with my husband and in my free time I enjoy traveling, the beach, and reading.

I have been teaching in some capacity since 2001 but have been a full time teacher at Cypress since 2021. I graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a Bachelors Degree and earned my teaching credential from Cal State Long Beach in 2001.  In 2020 I completed a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. I have enjoyed being a part of building the IB program here and look forward to another great year as part of the Cypress family.
